The following is a minimal subset of the docs that I created to go along with my first cleaned up version of the original v0.9 MIT Mobile Web code that can be found on SourceForge.

Dependencies

The following are required to run the original MIT Mobile Web:

• Apache 2.2.3
• PHP 5.2 or greater
• MySQL
• Python 2.4.3 or greater
• PyWURFL
• ElementTree
• Python Levenshtein

Configuring Apache

Refer to this original version of the Apache vhost configuration I uploaded to GitHub.

And...

Sadly you're on your own to tweak the rest of the code. Their were a number of issues with MySQL as well as general file path issues that you'll have to bang your head against. Why not just try the new code instead? :)
