Themes
One of the bigger changes in version 2 of Mobile Web OSP is the addition of themes. Themes are meant to provide institutions the ability to easily create and manage a custom look and feel for their mobile site. Hopefully it will also make it easier for generic styles to be created that can be shared with the community.
Within a theme their are three folders that relate to the overall templates. All of your graphics and styles that affect your templates should be stored in the theme for that family of templates. This isn't a hard and fast rule but it's definitely encouraged.

Templates
Another big organizational change in version 2 of Mobile Web OSP was the renaming and reorganization of templates. Instead of folders floating in a module templates are now organized into an overall templates folder. Templates should be thought of as the bones of your pages. Avoid locating style or images in templates. You can and should locate JavaScript in templates though since they're functional.
As far as renaming this is how templates were renamed between version 1 of Mobile Web OSP and version 2:
sp => basic
ip => touch
?? => webkit
